Thrive After 65 is Toronto’s premier fitness destination designed specifically for women 65+. Our program is led by clinical Kinesiologists, we help you reclaim your independence and silence chronic pain, so you never have to hit 'pause' on the activities you love.
Your journey begins with a personalized assessment to map your unique mobility and injury history. You’ll then build a strong foundation during a transformative five-week program at one of our Kin Studio Locations, mastering pain-free movement. From there, we integrate safe strength training and at-home routines tailored to your progress, with your Kinesiologist continuously evolving your plan to ensure you live with total confidence and zero limits.
